JULY INTAKE | 2 SPOTS REMAINING | Strictly limited to 8 clinicians for 1:1 precision. Begins March 1st.
You Didn’t Spend Years in Medical School to be Held Back by an English Test
Secure your OET Grade B (350+) via the OET Accelerator. A 4-week course for Doctors who require objective results for international registration
Identifying the 10-Point Deficit
Standard preparation often fails because it lacks specificity. We utilise a model to identify the narrow deficits in your sub-test performance—whether in data selection for writing or empathy markers in speaking—applying targeted strategies to meet the 350+ threshold.
The 28-Day to Pass Roadmap
Week 1
Assessment & Baseline Analysis: The first week establishes your current performance levels across all four OET sub-tests. We identify specific criteria deficits to determine your starting benchmark and where you need the most help.
Week 2
Targeted training for the writing subtest. You will master the "Medical Scan" to accurately select relevant clinical data from complex case notes, ensuring your referral letters meet the OET requirements for conciseness and purpose.
Week 3
Clinical Communication & Role-play Simulation Intensive practice for the Speaking sub-test. We focus on the "Clinical Communication Criteria," specifically evaluating your ability to demonstrate empathy, build professional relationships, and provide clear patient information under pressure.
Week 4
Full Simulation & Readiness Calibration Completion of a full exam under timed conditions. You will receive a final performance report to confirm exam readiness before you sit the actual test, ensuring you are prepared to hit the 350+ Grade B target.

The Framework
Many candidates fail by just 10 or 20 points because they treat the OET like an English essay. As seen in this 320-score example, the grammar is mostly correct, but the Clinical Priority is wrong. Our 4-week Accelerator fixes these specific data-selection errors to move you into the 350+ bracket.

Before
The 320 Score Deficit (The Common Failure)
This version represents a candidate with high linguistic fluency who fails because they treat the OET like a general English test.Data Overload: The specialist’s time is wasted on irrelevant social history (Secondary School Teacher) and unrelated past medical history (Dermatitis).Structural Deficit: Critical "Red Flags"—such as the 2kg weight loss and T12 radiating pain—are buried deep in the text rather than being prioritized for the reader.Informal Tone: The use of conversational "storytelling" language ("She came to see me because...") reduces the professional authority of the referral.
After
The 370 Calibration (The Professional Standard)
This version demonstrates the performance calibration required to secure a Grade B.Clinical Hierarchy: The letter is reorganised to lead with high-priority symptoms. The specialist is immediately alerted to the "possible stricture" and urgent red flags.Professional Precision: Utilising clinical markers such as "concomitant" and "suggestive of" demonstrates the level of professional communication expected in international healthcare environments.Purposeful Selection: Every sentence is filtered for relevance. By removing the "noise" of unrelated history, the clinical picture becomes clear and actionable.
This is the level of granular calibration required to move from 330 to 350+. We do not teach general English; we apply a clinical system to ensure your performance meets the professional registration standard.
The Professional Standard in OET Preparation
Your career registration is too important to leave to chance or generic templates. The OET Accelerator provides the granular feedback and personal improvement required to meet international healthcare standards. We don't teach you English; we teach you how to perform at a Grade B level under exam pressure.
